During the rainstorms in the beginning of the year my storage unit was flooded. The roof of my unit was faulty. It caused major damage to my personal property that I had been paying storage on for years. I was assured by their management that my losses would be compensated for. I have been waiting for over seven months for this compensation. I feel it might be necessary to let other people who store their property there know that the company is not taking responsibility for their own building's maintenance and that if the roof leaks that is your loss not theirs. I tried to be cordial and patience but they do not seem to care. If I find more people with the same situation I think I will file a class action suit against them.
