The company does not appear to be offering a viable employment opportunity. Their ads are actually a clever marketing ploy designed to trick jobseekers into purchasing or leasing unwanted or unnecessary equipment. When respondents discover there is no actual employment opportunity, they have already committed to the terms of the lease or sale contract, and are no longer able to cancel. Some complainants reportedly invested $5000 or more. Complainants allege they are not paid as agreed by the company, and that independent contractors are unable to contact the company to collect or receive their pay. A few complainants allege the companyis currently doing business as Noodlecast.com, and changes names and phone numbers on a regular basis. To date, all complaints remain unanswered.
